- Q. How can the lessons be free?
- A. We do not charge you for the lesson.
- Q. Who pays the instructors?
- A. The Instructors give their time for free.
- Q. Who pays for the rent?
- A. We have a gift box to help with the rent.
- Q. What is a gift box?
- A. So you can make a donation to help with the running of the club.
- Q. Is their a suggested donation amount?
- A. No, You can give as much or as little as you like. As long as the rent for the hall is paid we don’t mind.
- Q. So the lesson is not free?
- A. No, it is free, as you don’t have to give.
(But if you don’t help out with the rent and the other fees we have to pay, you could loose your club!)
- Q. Is there a membership fee?
A. Yes, £50 per year to cover your insurance and licence. - Q. Do I have to join on my first lesson?
- A. No, you have a month to decide if karate is for you.
- Q. Are their any other commitments I have to make?
- A. We only ask you are loyal to our club.
- Q. Who teaches the instructors?
- A. They train privately at Sensie Smith Private Dojo
- Q. Can anyone come to the private Dojo?
- A. No, its private and for the instructors and trainee instructors only.
